National Assessment and Accreditation Council(NAAC), and autonomous body of University Grants Commission, Bangalore has awarded Grade ‘B’ to College of Education (CoEd), Ghaziabad. The inspection was done on 18th, 19th and 20th January, 2010.

NAAC works with a VISION – To make quality the defining element of higher education in India through a combination of self and external quality evaluation, promotion and sustenance initiatives.

The NAAC PEER TEAM comprising of three highly learned and experienced academicians, assess the college, on the basis of the Self Appraisal Report (SAR) submitted by college to NAAC before assessment team visit.

The Team members evaluate the college on the basis of the EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION (other than routine curriculum) and INNOVATIVE PRACTICES adopted by college while imparting education to Pupil Teachers.

The accreditation is valid for next FIVE years.
